Put the sugar, yeast, and warm water in a basin. After ten minutes, let it sit until foamy.
To the yeast mixture, add salt, warm milk, and vegetable oil.
Add the flour little by little until a dough forms.
Until the dough is smooth, knead it for five to seven minutes on a floured surface.
After the dough has doubled in size, place it in a basin that has been oiled, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for one to two hours.
Set the oven temperature to 180°C (356°F).
Roll out the dough by dividing it into equal sections
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
Melt the butter and brush it over the rolls.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
