Ingredients:

400g of minced white chicken
300g of sausage meat
150g of smoked lard
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of Cognac
1 tablespoon of old-fashioned mustard
Salt and pepper….
